The Nomadic Club ("the Platform", "the Community") is a private digital community owned, managed, and operated by NOMAD EXPEDITIONS L.L.C-FZ, registered under UAE Trade License No. 2529480.01, with registered address at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Nomadic Club is an educational, networking, travel, lifestyle, and business-oriented ecosystem created for entrepreneurs, professionals, creators, operators, and ambitious individuals interested in international business, branding, networking, strategic growth, premium experiences, and curated communities.

The Community may include:

• Online educational content
• Networking opportunities
• Curated meetups & masterminds
• Travel experiences & retreats
• Business discussions
• Creator-focused environments
• Luxury hospitality experiences
• Hobby-based communities

The Community does not provide:

• Financial or legal advice
• Investment guarantees
• Immigration guarantees
• Business profitability guarantees

All information shared is intended strictly for educational, informational, networking, and community purposes.

Membership is subject to approval. The Nomadic Club reserves the right to:

• Approve or reject any application
• Suspend or terminate membership at its sole discretion
• Preserve the quality, culture, positioning, and standards of the ecosystem

Members agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others
• Post illegal, defamatory, misleading, or offensive content
• Distribute spam or unauthorized promotions
• Share confidential information externally
• Solicit members for unauthorized offers
• Engage in disruptive or harmful behavior inside the ecosystem

The Nomadic Club reserves the right to remove members immediately without refund in cases of misconduct.

Many discussions inside the Community may involve private business strategies, branding structures, operational systems, member conversations, and personal experiences. Members agree not to:

• Reproduce confidential materials
• Leak internal discussions
• Redistribute proprietary resources
• Record calls, meetings, or events without authorization

All payments made to The Nomadic Club are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Due to the digital nature of the Community, networking access, intellectual property, and member-only environments involved, refunds are generally not provided after access is granted.

Any exceptions remain entirely at the discretion of The Nomadic Club.

All branding, educational materials, videos, frameworks, graphics, presentations, systems, methodologies, and proprietary resources shared inside The Nomadic Club remain the intellectual property of NOMAD EXPEDITIONS L.L.C-FZ unless otherwise stated. Members may not:

• Reproduce proprietary materials
• Resell any content
• Distribute resources
• Modify frameworks
• Commercially exploit materials

Any use requires prior written authorization.

The Nomadic Club does not guarantee:

• Financial success
• Business growth
• Audience growth
• Investment returns
• Visa or residency approvals
• Profitability
• Networking outcomes
• Personal opportunities

Results depend entirely on the individual member's execution, financial condition, market conditions, skillset, consistency, and external factors.

The Nomadic Club may organize optional experiences, networking gatherings, curated trips, masterminds, workshops, retreats, or social events. These may include:

• Entrepreneurship and business networking
• Creator and branding-focused gatherings
• International travel experiences
• Wellness and performance-oriented activities
• Luxury hospitality experiences
• Strategic networking environments

Participation in these activities is entirely voluntary. Members are individually responsible for travel documentation, visas, insurance, personal conduct, health conditions, transportation, and compliance with local laws.

The Community may reference third-party tools, platforms, software, providers, or partners. The Nomadic Club is not responsible for:

• Third-party actions
• Technical failures
• Financial losses
• Contractual disputes
• Platform outages

Members interact with third-party providers at their own discretion and risk.

By participating in Community calls, events, meetings, retreats, or experiences, members acknowledge that photos, screenshots, recordings, testimonials, or event footage may occasionally be used for internal documentation, promotional material, or marketing purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

The structure, pricing, content, format, benefits, access model, and operational framework of The Nomadic Club may evolve over time. The Nomadic Club reserves the right to:

• Modify the platform structure
• Add or remove features
• Update pricing
• Change event formats
• Restructure membership tiers

Any of these changes may occur without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, NOMAD EXPEDITIONS L.L.C-FZ and The Nomadic Club shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Business interruption
• Loss of profits
• Investment losses
• Emotional distress
• Reputational damages
• Technical disruptions
• Travel-related disruptions

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising in connection with the Community shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
